Cook (Full and Part-time positions available)
The Cook is responsible for delivery of services provided by the Food Services Department. Accountable to monitor the activities and behavior for the residents of the Community so that the care, services and activities of each resident is appropriate and delivered to them in a continuous, predictable and efficient manner. Coordinate and communicate with all food services and other team members in maintaining a holistic perspective of care and services for each resident. Actively engage in supporting, introducing and implementing activities that maximize each resident's identity, abilities and interests.

Provide the highest quality food preparation, plate presentation and prompt service to all residents. He/She must possess general knowledge of and demonstrate proficiency in various food preparation techniques, serving methods, portion control standards and general nutritional requirements for residents of retirement housing communities.

Server (Full and Part-time positions available)
Responsible for delivery of services provided by the Food Services Department. Actively engage in supporting, introducing and implementing activities that maximize each resident's identity, abilities and interests. Assist Food Service team in preparation, presentation of high-quality meals and services and perform duties as required for the smooth operation of the Food Services Department.

Housekeeper (Full and Part-time positions available)
Responsible for housekeeping services for each resident in the Community. Coordinate and communicate with all housekeeping and other team members of the Community in maintaining a holistic perspective of services and care. Actively engage in supporting, introducing and implementing activities that maximize each resident's identity, abilities and interests.

Assume cleaning responsibilities for all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis. Keep all areas of the Community clean, neat, attractive and safe for residents, guests and team members at all times.

Dishwasher
Operates dishwasher to properly clean all china ware, silver ware and cooking utensils used in the kitchens, diningroom and banquets. Scrubs pots. Re-stocks all supplies in the assigned areas. General kitchen cleaning duties including the cleaning and mopping of kitchen floors and trash removal. Transport clean service ware to supply the function, kitchen, or dining room.
